Not a long read, but wanted to get this out of me. For every engineer that considers jumping to entrepreneurship, this could be a good read.

That's an interesting take!

This is what motivated me to start a company. It is a tech company because that's what I know. But at the end of the day, it's my way of creating what I consider a healthy environment. I was very fortunate to work in an environment like that 6-7 years ago and now I want to re-create it through my company.

I honestly don't know. My guess is that they were trying to show an exponential growth of complexity after some point, rather than a linear one.
