Sad, and I suppose amusing. I'd prefer to use a spelling checker that accepted all widely-used variations, color as well as colour etc.

. Or preferably they should let you choose that specifically. I was responding towards the idea that they should include all variations when suggesting, not just what they see as your local variation.
