I think it's outrageously too early to start making proclamations like "Hive came out on top" or Mastodon "is constitutionally unable to topple Twitter".

Let's all check back in ~5 years and see how this all shakes out. My prediction FWTW: in 2027 everyone will be like "Hive? What's that?"
