Well done that guy - but this is amazon trying to make itself look warm and cuddly - and maybe they are a bit better than other big online companies but treat uour workers better maybe stop trying to grow infinitely and try and be more sustainable - not to yoru profits margin but your people. Oh and not just "distinguisehd" engineers - box packers too...
